Our client is one of the leading premier property developers in Asia, which is focused on developing township, residential, waterfront, commercial and mixed-use developments in China. Now they are looking for a Senior Manager, Application Development base in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
The main objective of the role is to assist Head of IT in assessing the information needs based on users' requirments and formulating strategies to align with the business direction and objectives; the function as a Senior Manager you should application development and implementation of new in-house applications, portal and websites as well as off-the-shelf software packages. You are responsible for the support and maintenance of existing applications deployed within China and conduct software evaluation, cost-benefits analysis and make recommendations on IT systems and solutions. Also define detailed requirements specifications and standardize business processes for new system implementation and develop web-based applications and intranet. Maintain and enhance existing application systems and manage the implementation of applications for all projects/cities within China. Assist in the implementation of enterprise-wide integrated system mandated by KLL Head Office, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to deliver an outstanding customer experience; providing technical pre-sales assistance to Customer/Account Manager in the sales process; researching high-level solutions for other staffs; developing the relationship with the customer and help them manage risk；producing roadmaps and ascertain prospects for future sales is also necessary; supporting beta testing by identifying suitable sites and gathering beta feedback; providing feedback from customers to internal support groups on service expectations and the technical interface to customers during problem resolutions. Moreover, the position needs to value added technical services.
Qualification
Ideally, you must have bachelor degree or equivalent major in Computer Science, Information System or related. You should have minimum 6 years’ experience in IT, specializing in application development and system/ERP implementation. Strong knowledge/formal training in structured systems analysis/design and database design. Good knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint Server or other portal platform. Proficient in web development using ASP, ASP.NET, VB.Net, AJAX and MS SQL Server. Familiar with project management methodology such as PMBOK. Familiar with ASP.NET MVC as well as relative technology. Understanding of IT infrastructure’s such as AD, Email, LYNC, Cisco UC, switch, firewall and etc is an advantage. it is the advantage if you have IOS and Android development experiences
