S&OP, Materials, Demand and Supply Planning
Improve Factory Operations

Overview
Senior supply chain analyst with 6-8 years hands on experience in manufacturing operation including S&OP, MPS, demand and supply planning. The position is to improve delivery performance, shorten lead time, and improve inventory turns in support of the Greater China Data Comm KPI attainment.
 
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities cover both operation execution, KPI monitoring and improvement. Close partnership withChina factories material planning, demand management and product management.
 
Supply Chain Planning
Supply planning including analysis of customer forecast, historical usage, order loaded and supply situation, ability to drive and coordinate supply improvement acts with China factory including capacity alignment, expansion, MPS to meet demand and delivery performance KPI.
Manage the replenishment process, balance demand and supply to maintain optimum inventory level.
Provide timely, accurate analysis relating to KPI trackings.
 
Operation Project
Within the order fulfillment job responsibility, plans and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Develops documents and implements improved materials processes and procedures.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain discipline
- Strong knowledge in factory operation; preferably in component industry
- 6-8 years experience in supply chain job areas; preferably in MNC
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and independent
- Good command in SAP (MM/PUR)
- Team player with good communication skill
- Able to sustain high pressure
