Indirect Purchasing Project Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Support indirect purchasing projects especially for facility service, such as utility operation, property management, building maintenance and integrated facility management.
2. Plan and execute sourcing projects through sourcing methodologies in order to continuously improve service, quality and total costs for indirect materials & services spend in close collaboration with the stakeholders
3. Identify, qualify and select appropriate suppliers including adequate involvement of customers.
4. Build & optimize supply base on responsible categories in line with the purchasing strategy through evaluation and selection process;
5. Manage supplier relations (including supplier evaluation and supplier performance rating for the assigned categories), problem solving (delivery) and improvement actions.
6. Execute purchasing procedures, perform supplier evaluation, negotiating and contracting; and is responsible for quality, delivery and costs including monitor of supplier’s performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in relevant functional discipline
5 years or above related experience plus. (construction, facility maintenance)
Familiar with the purchasing progress for facility construction.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant commodity and market
Working experience in automotive industry is preferred
