In coordination with global branding positioning efforts, lead the development of a strategic and significant integrated marketing campaign that measurably raises awareness of COMPANY among important constituent audiences in China from research, planning, to execution . Work with global and local marketing agencies to ensure that messaging, visuals and media selections are relevant and adapted for the China market, and that all milestone timelines are met.
Manage all aspects of COMPANY’s brand identity and resolve questions or concerns regarding interpretation of guidelines that arise at a business unit, plant or corporate level. Provide training and tools to improve effectiveness of logo use among COMPANY China communicators. Use design sensibility and judgement to drive use of the COMPANY logo, photo images, etc. that is consistent with the COMPANY corporate image. Coordinate with businesses and internal Intellectual Property professionals to address and resolve IP issues. Implement a brand approval process with internal customers.
Work as an expert on digital/social media, and Working closely with the digital team, provide graphic and multimedia content support for all COMPANY digital platforms. Serve as a strong contributor to the overall look and feel of the content.
Owner of the COMPANY Experiential Marketing effort including Showrooms, keeping it fresh with new COMPANY innovations and products and showcasing them in interesting and creative ways that contribute to an overall and compelling brand story. Extend the displays of the Corporate Showroom to our plants to bring to life how the products they manufacture are used in real-world applications.
Orchestrate and project manage corporate events such as the tradeshow and corporate conference, including vendor management, BU coordination, booth design, on-site management, registration logistics, content oversight, messaging, and overall professionalism and experience of the program.
Working collaboratively with the Purchasing Organization, develop an online COMPANY-branded material internal “store” that leverages our collective buying power and enables easy and cost-effective access to COMPANY-approved merchandise.
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications, or related field of study. MBA preferred.
7+ years project management and/or branding campaign planning and creative direction experience with strong organizational skills.
Experience with global 4A agencies, and traditional/digital/social media.
Experience with event planning and management is a must.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life in powerfully visual ways.
Experience working with video and associated editing processes is preferred.
Ability to leverage external resources to supplement creative processes and/or to outsource excess workload to reliable and cost-competitive vendors.
Ability to design signage, marketing collateral, advertising, and mock-ups of web pages.
Strong oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
