岗位职责:
The Business Consultant is a key contributor in promoting and implementing Lectra’s PLM solutions for our prospects and customers. The Business Consultant is conducting customer business qualification, analysis, solution proposal and value proposition with Lectra solution, and leading business consulting and business solution in PLM projects.The Business Consultant will assume the role of the client’s trusted advisor on business-related topics including strategy and business process. For both clients and project teams, the Business Consultant will be expected to highlight the business value from technology initiatives, in line with Lectra’s Product Strategy, and promote this value to meet the client’s business goals and objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Process: PRESALES
Upon the request from the Account Manager, can contribute to presales activities such as:
Qualify the need of the customer working closely with the account manager in charge of the account
Understand the stakes
Understand the objectives and strategy
Identify present situation (organization, processes and practice)
Propose target situation (processes and application)
Demonstration of Lectra PLM solution
Contributes to qualification report and solution proposal
Services Process: CONSULTING
Deliver consulting activities such as:
Audits, Business Process Assessments (BPA)
Qualify the needs of the customer
Review internal processes
Review working methods efficiency
Assess effectiveness of collaboration (internal/external actors)
Define data flows
Recommend process and organization adaptations
Analyze the potential qualitative benefits of a solution
Document customer processes and working methods
Present the Audit/BPA to the customer
Return on Investments Analysis, Business Value Assessments (BVA)
Assess current cost base
Identify areas for costs reduction
Estimate potential returns (financial gains) of the Solution implementation
Document current cost base, areas for costs reduction and potential win-back
Present the Audit/BVA to the customer
Services Process: SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION
Under project plan, can contribute to Solution Implementation activities such as:
Define Business Solution
Contribute to the overall design and detail design of the business solution
Write Specifications
Define Methodologies
Guidance customer for solution adoption

High level of process analysis and synthesis skills
Customer relationship management skills (client facing and business development capabilities)
Industry knowledge and strong clients’ processes knowledge
Solution Fundamental knowledge or ability to gain it
Very good business writing skills in English, Fluency in English
