【招聘要求】
Report to: Team Manager
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. 分析客户职位需求,制定人才搜寻方案
2. 独立进行招聘工作
3. 根据职位要求筛选人才,通过各种渠道搜索合适的候选人,与候选人进行面谈,并向客户推荐候选人的能力和素质,保证匹配成功
4. 跟进与说服有效候选人,并定期跟踪与已成功候选人的沟通
5. 与合作客户对接case,维护客户关系; 积极联系客户,赢得新的订单,保证客户满意度
REQUIREMENT:
1. 至少3~6年工作经验;有医疗/汽车/电子/制造/IT&互联网等行业相关招聘经验OR相关行业内人士愿意从事猎头者优先;销售、招聘等行业经验者优先
2. 良好的沟通和表达能力
3. 勤奋,学习能力强,工作积极主动
4. 愿意接受挑战并能承受压力
5. 良好的英文基础
6. 本科以上学历,专业不限
Responsibilities:
1) Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments
2) Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile
3) Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship
4) Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match
5) Handle recruitment assignments independently
6) Focus on Automotive, Manufacturing/Electronics, Healthcare, Internet/IT practice recruitment
Requirements:
1) At least 3 years above headhunting experience OR work in related industry (Automotive, Manufacturing/Electronics, Healthcare, Internet/IT ) and be willing to engage in headhunting.
2) Bachelor degree or above
3) Good English language ability (spoken and written)
4) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines
5) High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment
6) Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team
7) Good Common sense and eager to learn
