助理猎头顾问

 RESPONSIBILITY:
 1. 分析客户职位需求,协助猎头顾问制定人才搜寻方案  
2. 进收集并整理简历,丰富数据库  
3. 通过各种渠道搜索合适的候选人,并及时和manager沟通  
4. 跟进与说服有效候选人,并定期跟踪与已成功候选人的沟通  

REQUIREMENT:
 1. 本科以上学历,专业不限。(有医疗/汽车/电子/制造/IT&互联网等行业的相关专业背景者优先)
2. 良好的沟通和表达能力  
3. 勤奋,学习能力强,工作积极主动  
4. 愿意接受挑战并能承受压力  
5. 良好的英文基础  
6. 销售,招聘等行业经验者优先
 
 KEY RESULT AREAS SUMMARY:
 1)      Candidate Management
 -        Involves interaction with applicants, assessing them with pre-determined criteria to determine potential suitability and feedback to them. 
 -        Matching the candidate's suitability with a desired position and their own preferences.
 -        It also involves maintaining an ongoing communication with them outside of the
 -        assignment process. This focuses on maintaining the relationship with
 -        temporarily placed candidates to ensure the mutual satisfaction between the
 -        candidate and client after placement.
 -        Regular contact is vital to ensure strong relationship with the candidate and to secure their loyalty to CONNECTUS.
 
 2). Systems and Operations
 -        This involves the handling of all information, both manual and electronic, updating, retrieving and processing records to ensure accurate and up to date information is available, as well as recommending system improvements.
 -        It also involves the organisation of work including planning, coordinating, delegating and doing a range of tasks, as well as management of time, resources and priorities.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
 1)        Tertiary education. University degree / undergraduate desirable
 2)        Strong Sales and Business Development background
 3)        Planning and Organizing: Ability to execute a variety of tasks on multiple projects concurrently
 4)        Interpersonal Skills: Particular advanced listening skills and excellent telephone etiquette
 5)        Judgement and Decision Making: Ability to evaluate date collected and render sound recommendations
 6)        Influencing Skills: Be able to effectively sell the merits of opportunities to prospects
 7)        Writing Skills: Ability to construct concise descriptive and evaluate written summaries
