KEY RESULT AREAS SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITY:
1、Conduct telephone interview for the of position intern, part time and etc.
2、Filter resumes in recruitment advertisement websites for junior positions
3、Seek for good channels to publicize recruitment advertisements in campus
4、On boarding support for SH staff (on boarding package collection)
5、Documents filing and maintenance
6、Administrative support related to recruiting affairs
7、Assist training/employer brand programs
8、Other work assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENT:
1、Attendance: 9:00-18:00, Monday ~ Friday., 3~4 days per week; at least for 3 months
工作时间: 9:00-18:00, 周一~周五,每周工作至少3天, 3个月以上实习期(实习6个月以上可以留用)
2、Bachelor degree or above (2016毕业生), prefer majoring in HR or Management related
3、Be open, good at communication/collaboration, good team player
4、Fluent English and good application in MS office tool: word, excel and PPT
