Talent Spot Winning the “Customer Satisfaction Award” in the “Best HR Service Providers in Greater China 2015-2016”
On April 22nd, 2016, the “Best HR Service Providers Awards in Greater China 2015-2016” was held at the Riz-Carlton Shanghai Pudong. This HR selection is the one of the most authority, the largest scale, the highest level and the most remarkableness in Greater China. It was hosted by Journey of Homan Resource Management, one high-end HR journey under HRoot, the largest HR media company in China. More than one hundred guests, including CEOs, enterprises executives, CHROs, and CHOs from various well-known corporations witnessed this great event of HR business.

TANG Qiuyong, the initiator and CEO of HRoot, delivered a speech at the ceremony. He stated that the HR service market in China is now confronted with a superb situation of the so-called “favorable climatic, geographic and human conditions”. Moreover, the increasing influence of internet to daily life, the rising of Sharing Economy and Industry 4.0 concept, and the change in economic development of China all will affect the employment pattern of enterprises profoundly and create good opportunities for developing Chinese HR service market.
Elmer deeply approved TANG Qiuyong’s address by saying that “Employment pattern of enterprises has always been influenced by external environment, and which enterprises shall not only be passive but shall forecast influences and make adjustments actively. The reason is that those influences bring about not only innovations and optimization in management but also the controlling and saving of company cost. He also mentioned that Chinese economy presents a downturn trend since 2015; therefore, cost control becomes one important issue for enterprises, and “undoubtedly, the control of human cost is the most significant part”. To relieve burdens of companies, the government has released a series of good policies in this year, such as reducing social security, lowering the minimum wage rise scope, and adjusting the deposit ratio of accumulation fund in lots of provinces. Elmer pointed out that, besides seizing the “benefits” of these policies tightly, companies should also seek for a long-term, sustainable and effective method for cost controlling to store up energy for fiercer market competitions. “By virtue of years of study and practice, we have found that talent outsourcing plays an inestimable role in saving cost and improving the flexibility of employment.”
“Talent outsourcing” refers to the service that HR companies, based on customers’ business demands, directly manage human and material resources according to the required personnel and service qualities of customers so as to support customers’ business development. Under the employment mode of talent outsourcing, enterprises can save large management costs, e.g., new employee training, recruitment and termination management and so on, and finally realize the objective of “using staff without the need to training and managing them”.
