Provinces establish employee welfarestandards
It is reported thatat least 15 provinces established the specific welfare standards for employeesat present. Regarding of granting festival gifts for care and concern, it isstipulated in Jiangsu, Tianjin, Anhui, Shandong, Fujian, Guangxi and otherprovinces that the total amount of all festival gifts for each member is notallowed to exceed RMB 1,000 in a year, and the gift form is mainly in kind.
